    Need a mid-week boost? Our Mid-Week Flow is designed to re-energize and rejuvenate. Join us for dynamic sequences that build strength, balance, and flexibility. Perfect for all levels, this class is your hump day reset, helping you conquer challenges with a pep in your step.

  • Mums & Minis 6 Week Course

    Enjoy time for YOU with minis in tow - a great way to build up a sweat, stretch, and connect with other mums over a cuppa to end.

    No experience necessary. All mini ages welcome. BYO mat and maybe a few toys to keep your kids occupied!
