Every quarter we bring people together for un-ordinary, treat-like suburban experiences. These events are crafted to be more than just moments; they're opportunities to pause, connect, and recharge. We also organise private yoga events and classes for businesses and communities across Auckland, creating unique sessions that align to your needs and goals.

Removing barriers to yoga and self-development
Bringing high-quality experiences to community doorsteps and making each session eye-opening, cup-filling, and welcoming to all. Sophie Kaufusi is the lead teacher and life coach behind Being. Her down to earth, motivational coaching style is inspired by more than 400 hours of yoga study, a holistic life coaching diploma and certifications in mindfulness and public health.
